What is an Innovation Tour?
IDEA organizes education tours of innovative schools and programs around the country. 30 participants will spend time in four schools discussing what they are seeing with each other and IDEA facilitators.

Arrival
5:00pm: Meet and Greet Dinner (Location TBA)
Monday, April 25
9am - 11:15am: Visit Michael Becker and his students at Hood River Middle School
Lunch and travel
1:00pm - 3:30pm: Visit Open Meadow
Afternoon conversation
Dinner
Tuesday, April 26
9am-11:00am: Visit Opal Public Charter School at Portland Children's Museum
Lunch and travel
1:00 - 3:00pm: Visit SEI in North Portland
